Reigniting AI Adoption
These sessions are an eye-opener—they’re always engaging, transparent and clear!

Mwingz came to us mid-journey. They were ready to expand their AI rollout but had hit a wall with a previous partner—too theoretical, too impersonal. What they wanted was traction.

We kicked off with discovery workshops and tailored training sessions—designed not just to build skills, but to instill habits. Alongside, we sparked their internal AI community to drive energy and peer learning from day one.

“These sessions are an eye-opener—they’re always engaging, transparent and clear!”

The rollout is ongoing, but momentum is real—and the culture shift has begun.

From Curiosity to Confidence
How Mwingz Turned AI into Action

  • Let’s start at the beginning. What made you explore AI tools like Copilot?
  • As a joint venture, we’re constantly balancing legacy processes with innovation. AI wasn’t just a buzzword—we saw potential. But we also knew that tools like Copilot don’t magically drive change on their own.
  • What did the rollout look like before re.work came in?
  • We had licenses. We had excitement. But we lacked traction. Most people didn’t know where to start—or worse, felt it wasn’t “for them.” It risked becoming shelfware.
  • So what changed when re.work joined the journey?
  • They reframed AI for us—not as a tool, but as a teammate. It wasn’t about training in the classic sense. It was immersive, real-life, and tailored. They ran sessions that were hands-on and relevant, and gave people actual use cases from our day-to-day work.
  • Any unexpected wins?
  • Definitely. We saw one team cut down reporting time by more than half. But beyond numbers, it sparked conversations across the business. People started experimenting, sharing tips. We had colleagues who never talked about tech suddenly becoming AI advocates.
  • If you had to summarize the value of the partnership?
  • re.work helped us shift from being AI-curious to AI-confident. They didn’t just show us what was possible—they helped us make it real.
  • One last thing—what would you say to a company on the fence about bringing in an AI adoption partner?
  • Tools don’t drive transformation. People do. And re.work gets that better than anyone we’ve worked with.
