About us

re.work didn’t start in a boardroom.

It started with curiosity—and two very different paths crossing at the perfect time.

Paul spent over 25 years in sales and marketing, navigating both nimble startups and large enterprises. A few years ago, he began experimenting with AI in his private life—optimizing tasks, testing tools, spotting what was possible before it was mainstream. That curiosity quickly turned into conviction: AI wasn’t just a toy. It was a transformation.

Olivier came from the other side. A deep background in data and AI, working inside complex corporate environments. He knew what it took to make technology land, not just technically—but culturally.

Together, they saw the same problem:

AI had massive potential. But most organizations had no clue how to turn it into progress.

So they started re.work—not to chase trends, but to fix the real gap: turning AI from hype into habit.

At first, it was just orientation workshops and early experiments. But momentum came quickly. The model evolved. Training sessions. Adoption programs. Strategy work. Custom-built assistants. Community blueprints. Always practical. Always human. Always aimed at lasting impact.

Today, re.work is part of the Cronos Group and an active force in shaping how organizations adopt AI—not with slides, but with systems that stick.

We don’t promise magic.

We build movement.
